Shillong, Feb 22: With just 59.75 percentage, Nongthymmai council constituency, a city constituency, registered the lowest voter turn out in the KHADC polls conducted on February 21.
The highest is in Sohiong-Nongspung with 86.09%.

The polling station with the highest voter turnout is Maw-Ah under Langkyrdem-Laitkroh at 96.99 percent and the polling station with the lowest voter turnout is Madanrting Thembasuk Rum A under Nongthymmai at 4.49%.
