Shillong, Sept 28: NPP state president WR Kharlukhi has announced candidates to contest bypolls for Mawryngkneng and Rajabala constituencies.
The bypolls will be held on October 30.

While former Congress MLA Abdus Saleh will contest from Rajabala, the KHADC chairman Pyniaid Sing Syiem will contest from Mawryngkneng.
The party is yet to decide on Mawphlang seat.
