Shillong,April 27: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma is so busy that he does not have time to comb his hair and similarly his deputy Prestone Tynsong is maintaining his hair style as he is also busy.
This was the observation made by Kitborlang Nongrem, the state president of National People’s Youth Front (NPYF) during the state youth conference of NPYF on Wednesday resulting in a peal of laughter among the duo and the audience.

Remembering the joke, the chief minister said while starting his speech, “I hope my hair is looking better”.
Later, the meeting called for collective effort to ensure victory of the party in the next Assembly polls in 2023.
