Shillong, Sept 3: Police arrested one more KSU leader after detaining two from the Union on Thursday (Sept 3)
East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem told reporters on Thursday ( Sept 3) that the assistant general secretary, East circle, Nongmensong, Samuel Kharbani and executive member Celestine Lyngdoh, also from Nongmensong, were summoned to Sadar Police station in connection with the case for locking up the temple at CBI office in Mawkasiang.
They were suspected to be involved in the violent incidents during the KSU sponsored bike rally, he said.

The SP said after proper examination by the Special Investigation Team ( SIT) that Celestine was not present on August 19, he was released while.Samuel was arrested.
