Shillong,Jan 31: Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui on Monday said one more person was arrested from Nongstoin after a juvenile hailing from Demthring area in the city was picked up for his alleged involvement in the IED explosion in Police Bazar on Sunday evening.
Police got the clue from the CCTV in Police Bazar.

As the HNLC claimed responsibility for the crime, police are looking into the angle.
In a separate statement, the East Khasi Hills SP Sylvester Nongtnger said the detained person from the city claimed to be the area commander of HNLC looking after Shillong region.
Later from his relative’s house in Nongthymmai , a crude IED was recovered and defused.
