Shillong, April 24: The owner is yet to claim the abandoned bag at Howell Road, Laban.
Passers by noticed the bag on April 24 morning near a shop in Laban. The bomb disposal squad arrived and examined the bag which contained only clothes, keys and locks.

Police said the bag was taken to Laban police station.
