Shillong,June 2: BJP leader Sanbor Shullai said on Thursday that the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Vincent H Pala is responsible for the downfall of the Congress in Meghalaya.
His response is following Pala’s allegation that Meghalaya Democratic Alliance government is a divided house.

“You (Pala) have brought a sword without consulting with your MLAs, MDCs, and your party functionaries. Quietly you brought the sword from Delhi, the sword in the form of an appointment as the president of the MPCC which led to Congress MLAs leaving the party”, he said.
