Shillong June 2: Cabinet minister Sanbor Shullai has asked his colleague AL Hek to desist from making anti-government statements.
“I cannot understand why Hek is like this despite being a very senior leader. When he was holding the post of a minister, you will see him if there is anything also, he will keep quiet , so people should understand. When he had to leave the chair of minister, he started giving all sorts of statements without my knowledge as a colleague in the government. Let people judge,” Shullai said.

When asked, Shullai maintained that the party will only pull out of the MDA government if there is any any direction from the central leadership in Delhi.
