Shillong, Apr 1: Congress candidate for Shillong Vincent Pala said the BJP will stake claim to the lone Rajya Sabha seat as the party is supporting the NPP candidate.
Addressing an election gathering at Laitumkhrah on Monday, Pala said similar arrangement was made in Nagaland.

He also warned that if the BJP gets 370 MPs, the party will try to change the constitution undermining secularism.
He said the NPP-led government has not received any special assistance from.the Centre and the state is taking loans from World Bank, JICA, ADB and others which is risky.
