Shillong, Dec 13: Police destroyed modified exhaust silencers on Wednesday.

According to the police, following the intensive drive against modified exhaust silencers which became a social nuisance, as many as 181 of them which were seized by the Shillong traffic police were destroyed using a road roller at Police Reserve.
