Shillong, June 3: Police recovered a machete ( Dao) used for murdering the Indore tourist Raja Raghuvanshi.
East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem said after the recovery of murder weapon, the investigation is on to trace the perpetrators of the crime.

“Postmortem was carried out and the mobile phone of Raja was also recovered”, he added.
The SP said Sonam, the wife of the tourist, is still missing.
To a question on CBI probe into the incident, the SP said the police investigation is in progress.
