Shillong, June 20: No diving by the Navy personnel took place on Saturday and Sunday, as maintenance of equipment and clearing of debris was carried out at Krem Ule, the mine tragedy site in East Jaintia Hills.
According to the East Jaintia Hills district administration, other works carried out on Sunday include clearing of debris and mapping of shaft to identify protruding objects that may hinder operation and dewatering.
