Shillong, Nov 30: Former home minister RG Lyngdoh will hold the charge as adhoc president of Nongthymmai Block Congress Committee.
This development comes after the sitting legislator from Nongthymmai Charles Pyngrope joined the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC).

The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) general secretary in-charge administration and former Rajya Sabha MP Wansuk Syiem notified this on Tuesday.
Edward Ryntathiang was appointed as general secretary of Nongthymmai BCC.
The remaining committee members remain unchanged.
