Shillong, July 25: TMC leader Richard Marak was arrested by the police for inciting violence in Tura, according to DGP LR Bishnoi.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Bishnoi said Marak was arrested as he played a role in provoking the crowd and he was also found in distributing cash.

According to the DGP, he was in the crowd when the incident took place.
