Shillong, Oct 18: Salesian Youth Movement (SYM), Shillong will hold 5th edition of the SYM Open Club Basketball Championship for men and women from October 21 to 27.

Renaldy Jyrwa, sports secretary of SYM, addressed the press on various aspects of the tournament, on Friday.
The tournament has become an annual highlight in the sports calendar of Meghalaya, promoting community engagement and fostering talent among basketball enthusiasts. Basketball superstars of the country will be participating, the organisers said.
