Shillong, Sep 22: Laban Bengalee Boys’ Higher Secondary School on Thursday organised the 17th Inter-school Science seminar as part of its centenary celebrations. Fourteen schools participated in the seminar.
In the junior category, the champion’s trophy went to Shubhojit Dey of the host school. The first and second runners-up were Lana Ika Rymbai of Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School Sohra and Ankita Das of Lumparing Vidyapith Secondary School, respectively.
In the senior category, Vanessa Dolly Sohkhlet of Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School Sohra was the winner. Prizes for the first and second runners-up went to Abhijit Deb of the host school and Vishal Barman of Gorkha Pathshala Higher Secondary School, respectively.
The school also launched its website on Thursday.
