Shillong, Sept 28: Senior journalist and editor of Oh Meghalaya, Tilak Rai( 56) passed away on Tuesday.
After he felt uneasiness and became unconscious, the relatives rushed him to the emergency ward of NEIGRIHMS and the doctor attending declared him brought dead.

He has not been keeping well for the last four years after a stroke.
Tilak had worked with The Meghalaya Guardian, The Shillong Times and The Indian Express.
He was also the editor of now defunct Evening Mail.
