Shillong, Aug 19: Sports activities, besides cinema halls and parks will be allowed to open with one-third capacity from August 23.
Deputy Chief Minister in- charge health and family welfare , Prestone Tynsong said that 18 above vaccinated persons will be allowed to take part in sports activities .

He added that only vaccinated people will allowed in parks and cinema halls.
Movement of private vehicles will be allowed with one-third capacity from Monday, he added.
