Shillong, Nov 9: The SSA teachers on Tuesday protested against the delay on the part of the government to release pending salary for five months, regularisation of teachers and creation of posts.
HYC, HITO and KSU members,who took part in the rally, supported the cause and wanted the removal of Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui within two weeks besides fulfilling the demands of teachers within the same period.

The teachers have threatened to file a PIL in High Court of Meghalaya if the government does not fulfil their demands.
