Shillong, Ju/y 1: The state has filed a special leave petition ( SLP) in the Supreme Court challenging the High Court’s order of upholding th bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi by the trial court.
The SLP was filed on Wednesday ( July 1)

Sonam is accused of murdering her husband in June last year with the support of four others.
An official source.said the argument of the state is that Sonam was informed of the grounds of her arrest.
Earlier, the June 29 order of the high court and April 27 order of trial court had maintained that the accused was not informed about the reason why she was arrested.
