Shillong, May 18: The entire village of Madan Mawser and Phanniewlah Neng under Mawphlang C&RD Block has been declared as containment zone due to the rise in Covid cases.
In an order issued on Tuesday, the East Khasi Hills deputy commissioner said that all inhabitants will strictly remain indoors.

The villages under Mawplang zone has 25 active cases.
