Shillong, Sept 4: Deputy Chief Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar has sent a defamation notice to Congress state president Vincent Pala as the latter accused Dhar of being the spokesperson of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) since he is under CBI scanner.
Dhar demanded unconditional apology and to pay Rs 100 crore as compensation.
