Shillong, Aug 9: The Covid cases have come down to 187 while the new recoveries are 479.
However, eleven persons died of Covid out of which nine were not vaccinated.

East Khai Hills has 95 new cases followed by West Jaintia Hills (28) and West Garo Hills (21).
West Khasi Hills has 19 and Ri Bhoi has 13 cases.
