Shillong, April 25: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has sought action from the government to address the  dilapidated hostel conditions at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Mahendraganj School, South West Garo Hills.

In a statement, the ABVP South West Garo Hills convenor Aksay A Marak said the karyakartas of the district recently conducted an inspection of the hostel facilities at JNV “Shockingly, they discovered a distressing state of affairs, with the infrastructure in a deplorable condition – old, broken, and poorly maintained.
