Vincent Pala named MPCC president

Shillong, Aug 25: The AICC president has appointed Shillong MP Vincent Pala as MPCC president.

The AICC has also appointed Congress MLAs  Ampareen Lyngdoh and Marathon Sangma besides James Lyngdoh as working presidents.
