Shillong,,Feb 2: Three KAM candidates-Angela Rangad ( South Shillong), Wanpynhun Kharsyntiew ( East Shillong) and Kyrsaibor Pyrtuh ( North Shillong) besides UDP candidate from Mawryngkneng Dr Osaphi S Jyrwa filed their nomination papers on Thursday before the East Khasi Hills returning officers.
All the candidates reiterated the need for a change in their respective constituencies.
