Shillong,Dec 26: Former Lok Sabha member BR Kharlukhi, who passed away on December 25, will be laid to rest on Monday.
He was also the Principal of Synod College and Christian College.

Hailing from Mawlai Iewrynghep, Kharlukhi had also functioned as Rector, Mawlai Presbyterian College and elder of Mawlai Presbyterian Church.
Local MLA PT Sawkmie has conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
“I convey condolences to his wife, children and all his dear and near ones..his death is a great loss to the church,the society, and the state as a whole”, Sawkmie added.
