Shillong, Oct 3: The AICC has released names of candidates for the bypolls in three Assembly seats. The candidates are Highlander Kharmalki (Mawryngkneng), Kennedy Khriem ( Mawphlang )and Hashina Yasmin Mondal (Rajabala). Mondal is the wife of late MLA Azad Zaman.
