Shillong, Oct 28:The District and Sessions Court has framed charges against the five accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, Sonam Raghuvanshi, Raj Kushwaha, Vishal Chauhan, Akash Rajput and Anand Kurmi, on Tuesday.
All the accused, with their legal aid counsels, were physically present during the hearing.

A legal source said the accused did not plead guilty, following which the court framed charges against all five accused.
The charges against them are murder, destruction of evidence and theft of ornaments.
The police are set to submit a second chargesheet against the remaining three accused, Silom James, Lokendra Tomar, and Balbir Ahirbar
