Ankara, June 9 (UNI/Sputnik): Turkey’s incumbent President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday that he will run again in the next year’s election.
Turkey will hold its next general elections in June 2023.

“I am the candidate of the People’s Alliance [electoral alliance that includes the ruling Justice and Development Party], the elections will be in June next year,” Erdogan said during an address to people in Izmir.
