Shillong,Feb 20: A complaint was lodged with the police after a coal-laden truck broke down in Mawiong on Monday.
Besides violating NGT norms, the overloaded truck with Assam registration had caused traffic snarl in the area.

Activist Agnes Kharshiing said after she took up the matter with the court-appointed panel headed by Justice (retd) BP Katakey, he assured to call for a report from the state government.
