Former MPYC general secy to lead AITC youth in state

Shillong, June 13: Fernandez S Dkhar, former general secretary of Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress, will  lead  the TMC state youth wing.

Dkhar along with over 400 youth Congress members had resigned from the Congress on December 3 last year.
