Shillong,Aug.4: Deputy Chief Minister in- charge Health and Family Welfare Prestone Tynsong has ruled out lockdown in the state but asked people to be vigilant since the situation is grim.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday,Tynsong said that besides taking precautions and following health protocols, vaccination is the need of the hour .
