Shillong,Jan 21: Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik and five attendants tested positive for Covid.
A government source said that the governor tested positive for Covid on Thursday.

The governor has minor symptoms but is stable, the source added.
The speech of the governor was read out during the golden jubilee celebration function at Polo Grounds.
Earlier in the day, Chief Minister also could not attend the function as he had developed Covid symptoms. Later, the test report indicated Covid positive.
