Shillong, May 5: The High Court of Meghalaya on Tuesday (May 5) issued notice to the concerned parties after the government filed a petition challenging the bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi by the lower court.
The bail application was moved by the government on May 4.

An official source said the notice on application to cancel the bail was issued by the court. The matter will.be heard next week.
The argument of the government is that Sonam was very much aware of the grounds of arrest, and the documents in this regard were submitted to the court.
