Shillong, Nov 9: The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Mr. Justice Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice, Madras High Court to High Court of Meghalaya.
The meeting of collegium on September 16, has also recommended the transfer of Mr. Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari, Judge, Allahabad High Court to Madras High Court.
