Shillong, Aug 23: Congress MLA HM Shangpliang has asked the Deputy Chief Minister in-charge Health & Family Welfare Prestone Tynsong to clear many proposals pending with the department as made by the MLA.
In a letter to Tynsong on Monday, Shangpliang wanted the construction of PHC in Sawsymper, commissioning of Lawbah PHC, setting up of three health sub centres in Weiloi, Jyllep and Dholai.

Shangpliang also apprised the deputy chief minister the need to repair Mawsynram CHC and Ryngku PHC.
