“I used to sleep at 9 pm and whatever time I spent, I utilised it fully”, he said.

The student used meditation as a means to rejuvenate himself before the start of study.

“Last year, the school did not have online classes and hence, I had to depend fully on text books and the school also gave sufficient time for the students to clear their doubts”, he said.
His advice for the students is to avoid distraction while studying and to spend quality time and not long hours.
