Shillong, March 16: Former Congress MLA Nehlang Lyngdoh joined the NPP on Wednesday.
Lyngdoh joined the party in the presence of Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, deputy chief minister Prestone Tynsong, and cabinet minister Sniawbhalang Dhar among others at the party office.
