Shillong, July 16: The All NEHU Workers Union has unanimously taken a decision to resume the silent protest cum indefinite strike from July 18.
The reason cited by the organisation is that till date the administration has not placed a concrete progress report regarding the screening of data submitted by the casual workers nor a notification regarding non-deduction of salary against casual workers who had attended the silent protest from June 1.

The workers are demanding their regularisation.
