Shillong, Sept 11:NPP has ruled out any pre-poll alliance with other parties in Manipur.
National President of NPP and Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Saturday arrived at Imphal to hold a meeting with party leaders in view of the upcoming election in the state. Interacting with media persons, he said that party will contest in majority of the constituencies, and will not have any pre -poll alliance with any political parties.
