Shillong, Nov 1: The Ri Bhoi District Congress Committee (RBDCC) on Monday endorsed the statement of MPCC president Vincent H. Pala that there was a request from the party for the return of Dr DD Lapang.
RBDCC said on October 21, it had written to Pala with a copy to Lapang on the matter.

“The Ri Bhoi District Congress Committee strongly desires that Dr DD Lapang returns to the Congress,” a statement said.
