Shillong, Dec 23: BJP state president Rikman G Momin felicitated Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the inaugural session of the two-day meeting of national office bearers and state presidents being held at the BJP central office, New Delhi. The high level meet started on December 22 to set forth the strategy for the general elections.
A statement of the party said the state BJP is elated about the fact that a lot of the issues concerning the people of Meghalaya in particular and the state as a whole were discussed at the highest level in Delhi preceding the Christmas & New Year celebrations, which according to the party augurs well for the coming year.
