Two-day Hills Festival by the lake begins on Dec 6
Shillong, Nov 26: The 5th chapter of the Hills Festival by the Umiam Lake will begin on December 6.
The two-day festival, supported by Meghalaya Tourism, promises to be an unforgettable weekend celebrating music, art, culture, and cuisine in the heart of Northeast India.

The festival boasts a two-stage extravaganza with an eclectic mix of international stars and homegrown talent:
- Hills Live Stage: Acoustic, folk and bands performances set against the tranquil backdrop of Umiam Lake.
- Electric Hills Stage: High-energy beats and experimental sounds that will keep you grooving late into the night.
Among the artistes performing at the festival are Mumbai-based rapper Yashraj, Khasi folk band Mookhuri and Samoan-Indian Tiana Khasi, among others.
