Shillong, Feb 4: Besides the NPP, the returning officer of West Shillong issued notice to UDP for distributing freebies to a candidate.
The notice was issued on February 3 to reply by February 4.

Earlier on February 3, notice was also issued to the NPP.
A voter from West Shillong identified as Purity Phawa returned the gifts distributed by both NPP and UDP candidates Mohendro Rapsang and Paul Lyngdoh respectively.
