Shillong,Oct 14 :Shiromani Akali Dal Leader and president, Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee ,Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa arrived in Shillong on Wednesday night.
He will hold talks with Chief Minister and others about Harijan colony issue, sources said.
