Shillong, March 31: Nine villagers of Mukroh filed their statements before the judicial inquiry commission headed by T Vaiphei, who is probing the firing incident that led to the death five civilians in Meghalaya and a forest guard in Assam.
The statements of Meghalaya DGP or his witnesses will be recorded on April 14, an official source said on Friday.
