Shillong, March 28: The state government has spent around Rs 100 crore as part of reviving Meghalaya Cherra Cements Limited (MCCL), Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said in the Assembly on Tuesday.
He was answering to supplementary questions by Ardent Basaiawmoit ( VPP) and Dr. Mizanur Rahman Kazi (TMC).

Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister in-charge Industries Sniawbhalang Dhar said the company entrusted to revive the MCCL has not submitted the final tender documents.
