Shillong, Sept 23: Clamping of a private vehicle on Thursday for wrong parking turned nightmare for the traffic personnel after they were unable to remove the clamp from the vehicle.

As the traffic personnel tried to remove the clamp from the vehicle parked near the road at old Shillong bench of the Guahuati High Court, the move has affected the smooth flow of traffic.
