Shillong, May27: The state government has announced ex gratia of Rs 50,000 for the relatives of deceased Covid patients.
The patients who died of Covid from April 1, 2021 will be eligible.

The decision was taken during the review meeting chaired by Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Thursday.
To a query, Director of Health Service, Dr Aman War said the financial involvement will have to be worked out as around 340 people had died of Covid from April 1.
